Is Lord Shayne a Luxury Brand?

Lord Shayne is a high-end and luxury brand. We use a superb, creative and innovative Italian Craftsmanship. We also use high quality materials and high standard of Italian hand-crafting that is hard to reproduce by machine, which ensure Lord Shayne’s embodiment of true luxury.

Which countries do you ship to?

We are a global company and we ship globally. We have branches and representative retailers in five continents. If a Lord Shayne house does not yet exist in your country, we locate the closest Lord Shayne house in your geographic area after you place an order or a purchase and proceed to shipment within 24 hours.

What are your shipping methods and costs?

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders.

Your order will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days. Overnight delivery -£15.

Your order must reach us by 11:00 am and will normally be delivered the following business day.

What are your return and exchange policies?


Your may return any non-final-sale product on the lordshayne.com website for refund within twenty eight (28) calendar days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the same condition in which it was received with all tags attached, and in the original packaging and plastic/paper wrap (including, if possible, the original delivery box). A copy of the original invoice must be provided with any return.

To ensure footwear is eligible for return, please try it on while standing on a carpeted floor or surface. Footwear must be returned in its original shoebox, with any dustbags, cards, and packaging intact. Product boxes, including shoeboxes, are not to be used as shipping boxes. The product box should be placed within appropriate out packaging, with contents secured within.

Underwear is final sale. We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased underwear items.

SALE merchandise is final sales. We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items on SALE.

At the moment, lordshayne.com purchases cannot be exchanged. Any order or Gift order must be returned through the return process and the new item(s) purchased through the website. How can I check the status of my order?

Both Lord Shayne and the courier company will keep you up to date with the progress of your order by email and/or SMS, from the processing stage all the way through to delivery to your door. Alternatively, If you have registered, you can follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting my account followed by order status.

Is Gift Wrapping available?

YES, Items may be gift wrapped in our signature Lord Shayne purple gift box tied with Lord Shayne Logo-printed ribbon and embellished with a personalised gift note. Please select gifting during check out or simply add your gift note information and message if you would like to include a gift note.

What is your Eyewear warranty?

Lord Shayne Eyewear is offered within a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty from invoice date against any manufacturer’s defects, defined as the breaking of solder or weld points, discolouration of finishes not associated with normal wear, loosening of embedded hinges…etc, and any ancillary part or detail of a fame that is defective. How do I authenticate a Lord Shayne product?

All items purchased from Lord Shayne boutique or lordshayne.com are guaranteed authentic. Merchandise purchased from other websites or unauthorised dealers cannot be verified.

How do I find my correct size?

There are size guides available at the bottom of the home page “SIZE GUIDE” and on men’s shoes, men’s belts and women’s shoe product pages.
