* Overnight Delivery: Available for a £15 fee. Orders must be placed by 11:00 AM to qualify for next business day delivery.

What are your return and exchange policies?
Returns
You may return any non-final-sale item purchased on lordshayne.com within 28 calendar days from the delivery date for a full refund.
To be eligible for return, all products must be:
* In original condition: unused, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn
* Returned with all original tags attached
* Packaged in the original packaging and protective wrap, including (if possible) the original delivery box
* Accompanied by a copy of the original invoice
Footwear must be tried on only on carpeted surfaces to preserve the soles. All footwear returns must include the original shoebox, dust bags, and any branded packaging. Please note: shoeboxes are part of the product and must not be used as shipping boxes—they must be placed within suitable outer packaging for return.
Final Sale Items
Underwear is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Sale merchandise is also final sale. We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.

What is your Eyewear warranty?
Lord Shayne Eyewear is backed by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:
* Breakage of solder or weld points
* Discolouration of finishes not associated with normal wear
* Loosening of embedded hinges or any other defective ancillary parts or details of the frame
