Born in Rabat, Morocco, and raised between the vibrant cultures of London and his native city, Lord Shayne embodies a fusion of global sophistication and deep-rooted tradition. In early 2000, he was granted the prestigious title of Lord of Hougun Manor in Cumbria, England – an honour that reflects both his heritage and his distinguished journey.

A scholar and an athlete, Lord Shayne began his academic path with an Associate Degree in Mathematics, all while competing as a professional 100m sprinter. He later pursued a degree in Business Management in the United States and earned his MBA, laying the foundation for a multifaceted career.

Fashion runs in Lord Shayne’s blood. Raised in a family devoted to haute couture, he drew early inspiration from his mother, a celebrated Moroccan kaftan designer and master tailor. His brother, a designer for leading European fashion houses, further nurtured his creative instincts.

In 2002, Lord Shayne moved to Switzerland to build a successful career in finance. Yet, his creative spirit never rested – he continued designing garments for himself and close acquaintances, who were consistently captivated by his distinctive style and meticulous eye for detail.

Determined to follow his true passion, Lord Shayne eventually returned to London to pursue his lifelong dream in fashion. He launched the “Lord Shayne” brand – an expression of refinement, culture, and European artistry. His label quickly earned a unique position in the British and European fashion scenes, defined by its integration of Italian craftsmanship with bold, timeless design.
